Shared with me
When someone shares a page with your email address, you can find it again in one place.
In the dashboard
Shared with me in the sidebar lists every page shared with you, newest first, with who shared it and when. Click a title to open the page. Older shares at the bottom shows the next 50.
Home also shows your five most recent shares under Shared with me, with View all for the full list. The section is hidden until someone shares a page with you.
The list is yours, not a workspace's: it is the same whichever workspace you have open.
A page leaves the list when the owner stops sharing it, the share reaches its end date, the page is deleted, or Sharedrop blocks it.
The bell
If the page was shared with the main email on your Sharedrop account, the share also adds an entry to the bell at the top of the dashboard straight away. If it was shared with another verified email on your account, the entry appears on your next visit to Sharedrop. If you do not have an account yet, the entry appears when you first sign in with the email the page was shared with. Click the entry to open the page.
From your agent
Your agent can read the same list:
- CLI:
sharedrop shared - MCP:
list_shared_with_me - REST API:
GET /api/v1/shared
Shares belong to a person, so these need a personal API key or a sign-in. A workspace (sdw_) key is refused.
