How to get help

The primary support channel is email. Send any question, bug report, or feature request to support@sharedrop.cloud and a human will read it.

Response times by plan

These are targets, not contractual SLAs. Once enterprise plans launch with formal SLAs we'll publish those separately.

• Free: best-effort, typically within 5 business days.
• Pro: within 2 business days.
• Team: within 1 business day; security-related issues prioritised.

What to include in a support email

• The email address on your Sharedrop account.
• The page slug or full URL if the issue concerns a specific page.
• Your browser and operating system (e.g. “Chrome 130 on macOS 15”).
• A screenshot or pasted text of any error message you saw.
• Steps to reproduce, if you have them.

Common questions

I uploaded an HTML file but my JavaScript doesn't run.

Pages default to static mode, which strips all scripts as a safety measure. Switch the page to interactive mode in its settings to allow scripts. See /security for the rules each mode enforces.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are an Enterprise feature and are coming soon. Email support@sharedrop.cloud if you'd like to be notified when they ship.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@sharedrop.cloud from the address on your account. Deletion cascades to all your pages, versions, comments, access grants, and share tokens.

Is there an API?

Yes. Sharedrop exposes a REST API and an MCP endpoint for AI agents. See /docs for the full reference.

Where is my data stored?

See /privacy for the full sub-processor list and storage regions.
